Where to get o'scope probes?

My work is giving me an old HP o'scope, but the highest unit per division is 5 volts, so I need a 100:1 probe for my amp work. Anyone have a clue where to get these?

Do some googling. Also look on ebay.

Did some googling and eBay. The only probes I could find were $300 each. Yikes.

Thats funny, I just found a ton of brand new 100:1 HP probes on ebay for under $30.
I bought two pair of probes for my Tektronics for under $30 each...
