6BQ5 "re-labeled" by Packard Bell

Anyone know anything about these tubes? I have a quad I pulled out of an old TV.

...not "made by" but rather "re-labelled by" P-B, they never made tubes, but did buy and re-brand them when installed in their own equipment.

Any help? Had to have come out of a 1950s Pac Bell TV then...any idea what brand they really are?

...post some clear, close-up pictures and some of the knowledgable tube folks here will recognize the most likely manufacturer by the plate construction & assembly details.
