English guitarist living in Munich (Germany) Have been doing tours and studio work in Europe and Japan......If I could make my guitar sound as pure as the voice of Joni Mitchell (in tone, intonation, emotion and dynamic) I,d be a happy man. I see this forum as a great oppertunity to exchange ideas with some of the truly great players and tone meisters I,ve heard here.

Hey TZ, glad you finally made it. Now it's time to get to know people around here. Hope to see you contribute and share your knowledge. Well you know a lot of guys are already familiar with Jumbuck on Member Sounclips, so you're not really coming in cold turkey. Glad you made it, and we'll see you on the boards. P.S.- will be looking for some cool new music from you.:D

Bub welcome, welcome welcome...

Just listened to your soundclick page & luved every ounce of your talent...

the Midi-piece you played/performed just knocked my socks off (the third one ...?)
Do you write for orchestra or string quartet by chance..??

If you don't, it sure sounds like you could ...

@ right around 1:05 - 1:07 on Jumbuck, it sounds just like 1:22 - 1:24 of Zoot Allures (from the album version, or any version for that matter, but the time may vary on the other versions). It's just 3 notes, but it sounded like a quote to me. Or did I read too much into it? ;)

Blimey ....you made me digout some FZ albums and get lost in his great music. I can,t say its a quote its more the exposure/vibe (maybe) those notes have. You could say it sounds like a thousand things !!! but I,m glad you liked it anyway. ;) ........(Don,t play it backwards though)
