So I'm wondering now that I've found this site how I could've missed it considering how big of a gear slut I've been over the years... So glad to have found it though. Great to find some like-minded people all over the world celebrating great tone!
I do music for a living, from session work to my own personal projects it's music all the time. I love all of the classics (The Beatles, The Who, The Stones). Just give me a hook and some great tone and I'm in heaven.
My main guitar gear I play is listed below in my signature. I've been fortunate enough to get to have some of the craziest gear ever made, but have also had to sell it all off at times to pay rent (all the Lovetone stuff... the flange with no name is rediculous, BJE baby blue, Klon, AC30 with blue alnicos, ric 360s, gretsch sparkle jet, etc). I'm sure everyone can relate to having to sell the farm to pay the rent. But it still brings a tear to my eye thinking about some of the casualties.
I also do a lot of keys and organ work. I have a 73 mark 1 rhodes, a kawai ep-308 (the raddest yamaha cp-70 sound-alike), Nord Electro 2, and a 60s Lowery Organ that I swear by. I'm still looking to buy my first B3...
All that to say, it's an honor to be here and sharing some musical love with everyone.
