New pup installation for big archtop needed

I just got an old Epiphone Zenith and would like to install a pickup on it. Charlie Christian style or P-90. Any suggestions or recomendations are most appreciated. Thanks, Shawn

Does anyone know if the Lollar or Duncan (Charlie Christian style) pups come in a floating model,or does the top have to be cut/drilled,etc. to install one? Thanks

The Lollars are not floating. They are also now available in a humbucker size.
