Ozzy No more tears solo ?

Is this song in D flat ? I notice on YouTube that Zaks tuning is different than the original and in the other videos showing how it is played does not give the tuning. Anywhere else I can see a slowmotion of this solo ? I am a simple blues rock player so some the fast stuff at the end of the solo is hard for me to figure out. Thanks
