Well, it's south of the Red River anyway,,, it seems like it's south of the border. I live about an hour north of Dallas, close to beautiful Lake Ray Roberts, so I have plenty of room to stretch out.
I mainly play southern gospel style music, (country). I play the guitar at our church, but that doesn't mean that I'm any good, just kind of all they got. I do okay.
I do have some pretty nice equipment though. Guitars: I've got a '52 nocaster tele relic (love that neck),,, Really nice. Then I've got a '62 relic strat. Eventually I'm going to add another Les Paul.
Amps: Let's see,,, from least to greatest,,,, I've got a little fender blues junior,,, it's okay,,, it's nice and light if I want something to tote around. Then, I've got an Allen Old Flame head with a 2x12 cab,,, really nice vintage black face type amp. Next, would be the Dr Z Stang Ray, (recent addition to the family), with the 2x12 cab with the celestion blues,,, another nice one. Last, and most definitely not least would be my Bogner Shiva with the EL 34's,,, it's on a Dr Z 1x12 cab. Hopefully soon I'll get another Bogner 2x12 cab, but it works for now.
That's about it for now. I'm just hoping I can hang on to all of this and just ADD to it later rather than getting the stupid trade-for-something-else itch... I'm sure you can all relate.
