I found sites with speaker codes and some tube codes but I can't find the Mullard manufacture code.
Pulled some Made in Gt. Britain ax7 tubes from a Silvertone organ.
Also a Japanese rectifier; Mazda maybe?

You are looking for Philips manufacturing codes of which Mullard is a part of. They can be found here. Mullards should start with a B for the Blackburn plant.Bob

Great score !
My favourite site for identifying tubes is http://www.tubemongerlib.com/gallery2/main.php . Should give you a lead on the Jap rectifier.

Actually, Mazda is a French tube brand. Japanese 5AR4s have a seam across the glass on top. Matsushita (parent of Sony) made a lot of tubes.

Small correction, Mike: Matsushita is the older name for the Panasonic company, not Sony.
