I have a 1976 Bassman 50 head with a master volume. I've found dozens of schematix for Bassman heads, the closest I've found to mine is a Bassman 100 schematic. I'd really like to find a schematic and a chasis layout for my amp so I could see exactly what I have and if it's worth modifying.

Thanks.

I just discovered the Bassman 50 head is identical to the Bassman 10 so I've found a schematic......now a chasis layout would be great.....I've not done circuit tracing in 20 or 30 years.....

Thanks!

I think that you'll find the layout for the AB165 (should be on schematicheaven.com) to be 98% accurate.

That looks close, however mine also has another pot on the back panel. I think they call it a hum balance pot. I only see the CBS not-really-bias-adjust pot on that drawing.

The Field Guide has the schematic for AA371, which has the hum balance pot in the bias circuit.
