clicking noise on Zoom H2 when using 4 channels

I've got an H2 and love it, but when I record with all 4 mics and have it mix down there is always a light clicking sound in the background. When I listen to the front or back sets on their own it is fine.

At first I thought it was because of the overall volume going over when I mixed the two sets together, but after trying some lower level recordings, the same thing is still happening.

Any ideas?
