Which octal output tube types and mfgs. (new and os) can take over 500 volts (for a GT Solo 75)?

I've been using 505v on my Super Reverb for the last two decades.I just throttle back on the current to save the tubes.I use new production tubes with no catastrophic failures.

I found some old GE 7581A/KT66 tubes. Can they handle 500+ volts?

My Soul O 45 runs at 510 volts. JJ 6L6GC work just fine.

That GE 7581/KT66 would be fine, although it bears no resemblence to a KT66, it is a very good 6L6GCs.
Some others: 8417, 7027A (although later varieties of this tube appear to be nothing more than a repinned 6L6GC).
My Ampeg V2 runs about 580V. I'm trying some TAD 6L6WGC RCA copies right now. Put 'em in last night but didn't get a chance to crank it yet. That'll be tonight :AOK

The 5881/6L6WGB was first developed by TungSol for the US Military. They are in short stubby glass envelopes.
6BG6 is also possible. The 6BG6 has a plate connection at the top of the tube, which means it can easily handle plate voltages in the 700 Volt range.

I'm running JJ E34L's at 675 volts and they are holding up fine so far.
