I picked one up at Dave's a few years ago. By far the heaviest guitar I've ever held. I didn't plug it into anything.

I briefly played a friend's epiphone ZW. The maple neck was interesting. It played nice but I didn't play it long enought to get a good feel for it.

a buddy of mine won one in a musiciansfriend contest.. its a pretty nice guitar. i don't like EMG pickups at all. but if your into that thing its a really nice guitar. The neck was nice to, if i remember correctly it was unfinished, but i could be wrong.

I played one of the Custom Authentic models just to see how it was and I can safely say I'm not a fan of EMG's. The neck felt great though.
