Eventide Time Factor Custom External Switch

I remember seeing a custom external switch for the time factor in the emporium a while back. It was built to look exactly like the Time Factor itself, same colors, depth, etc, and had 3 switches. Does anyone recall seeing this and know who built it? I am interested in having one built myself.

Dang...and I'm out $12 + shipping on my eBay sourced used but mint FS300.

I guess I could paint the one I have to be more aesthetically pleasing.
