1st LEFTY Electric Collings Has Arrived!

Finally got my LEFTY Collings 290 after being on order for almost 1 year! It has the Black with White Fill finish and Pearloid headstock; very cool. It's a great guitar as you would expect from Collings. Includes letter from Collings verifying this as the 1st LEFTY electric made by Collings.

Congratulations!! Just yesterday I picked up my "non-lefty" 290 (vanilla white w/pearloid). They are great guitars.

Yes, I think it's a few hundred extra for Lefty. If you're looking for one, Mass Street Music just got one in(www.massstreetmusic.com). It's $2650 shipped to the lower 48. That one was on back-order for 6 months. It won't last long!

I think charging extra for a lefty is a disgrace...but that is just my opinion.

Thanks for the info., but I'm with fretnot...I won't pay extra. It's bad enough that lefties generally don't get the whole array of options with most manufacturers. You do have a tempting slab of wood though!
