anybody with an H&K able to send me a picture or describe how they do their lighting. Is it just some leds inside and the glass is etched or is there a particular placement that allows the H&K logo to be illuminated best?
I've got a head that is getting fixed up and thought about having a small window with an illuminated design.
thanks.

Do you mean the triamp?
It's tinted blue (or red in the Alex Lifeson) etched plexiglas, and a strip light (looks like a smaller version of long overhead lights in most offices) that goes along the top. I know, I broke one taking out the chassis once.
I got more damn compliments on that amp just for the coolness of it.

I have the Duotone with a lighted mirror panel. It is a lighting strip that goes around the edge of the face panel. The etching and insets on the glass or lucite panel pick up the light effect. It is like a small light tubing with a filament inside.

Thanks guys. My biggest concern was knowing how to best illuminate the panel.

I guess as a follow-up: anyone know where to get some lighting like that?
