No (unless that's changed in the last 2 months). If you're serious about it, you can put one together though. like me.

First thing you need is the layout. This book has it and is very useful: http://www.thevoxac30guide.com/
It has layouts and circuit diagrams for most of the AC30 variants.

Then you buy the chassis from Weber, transformers (Heyboer or Mercury or whatever), RS tagstrips, and all the rest of the parts you need to build it. The Weber chassis will fit into a North Coast Music Vox (JMI) cabinet.

it's not cheap, but in the end I think it came out to about 1400 with the head cabinet. Not a bad price IMO considering the quality of the parts I used and what similar amps of the market cost.
