Hi guys. :)
I bought Triaxis(used) not so long ago and noticed
pretty big noise, specially when using LD1 red mode, even with HBs.
So I ordered retube kit from Eurotubes, still waiting for it.
I was wondering, could it be something else and not only tubes,
perhaps a "bad" component inside of unit?
Every feedback is well appreciated, thanks in advance! :)

If you have the Recto board, it's Lead 1 Red. Because there is more available gain, there is more hiss/noise.
I asked Boogie about this years ago. They suggested a Noise Gate, or Rocktron Hush for that mode. Unfortunately it's the nature of the beast.
The other modes are much quieter, and fortunately for me, I didn't use the Recto mode anyway.

Email Mesa and they should know by the serial #. Also, the Rectifier tone and gain structure is quite different than the Mark series. Another way is to open the top and have a look inside.

Hmm,I'm on Mesa site atm and I can't see the email option,
only phone etc.. :(
So lets say I open the unit, what do I need to look at,any hints?
Thanks once more! :)
