Help, Is my speaker blown?

So I bought this matchless combo. I noticed a buzzing when I would play some lower notes. I thought that a speaker might be loose or a tube so I checked all the connections. Tonight when I was playing, I had the amp sitting up near ear level and noticed that one speaker was loud and the other was quiet and was responsible for the vibrating noise. The speakers are mismatched. The matchless 30 watt and 25 watt. I would have thought the 25 watt to be punchier more greenback compared to the v30, but I maybe hear some low notes. I thought a blown speaker would sound more like an overdriven front car speaker. This just seems weird to me. I checked the connection. Looks fine. Help!

The buzz could be coming from the spider. It is somewhat common for it to come unglued from the chassis and do just what you describe. Some epoxy will fix it. Dustcovers also come loose and can be glued. FWIW, the V30 is a 60-70w speaker.
