I am getting a high-pitched squeal/feedback from my lead channel when I turn the volume past around 3 when I put the toe down on my wah.

I don't know where to "look." (My set-up is detailed in my signature.)

It's not the wah pedal. It did it with a different wah. I can sometimes adjust the wah to eliminate the squeal (dialing out the highs), but if I get too loud, there's nothing I can do.

I've replaced the reverb pedal. It also did it before I added the Loooper.

If you're not familiar, the Voodoo Labs pre does not have an FX loop, so everything is in line? Could that be the issue?

Thanks for your input!

Check the 12ax7 tubes in your amp......sounds like one went microphonic on you. If you know which one is your first stage, try swapping a new on in there first.

I've got a preamp and power amp. I'm not sure which you're referring to. First stage makes me think preamp. Both have 12AX7s.

Sorry, missed that, I only saw the Mesa 20/20. It is probably in the pre....start there.
