1. I just bought a US made Gibson GA30RVS and have read user comments on Harmony Central saying that I could plug a patch cable into one of the external speaker outputs and turn it into a 1x12 15 watt which is allow me to get more drive at lower volumes.
2. Also it is recommended to plug a ernie ball volume pedal into the FX loop in parallel and turn the amp volume all the way up to drive the tubes and control the volume by the pedal. They say the tone is great.
If I use either of these tips will I damage the amp at all?
