its a neck, i need to reduce it to the area of a p-90 & mini Humbucker -so its the same route -- also I have plans for Bridges and middles and I'm going to try to slip this design into Strat and Tele covers -- its a fuller sound then the rod magnets -- it makes Rod magnet designs pale in A&B sonic test -

just put it in a midnight tue. - been too buzy for clips today - maybe 2 days?

I'll do a A&B where I play a Tele neck pup - switch guitars and play this one - it's awake up call - seems lots of pickups were designed for economy or to compete with other brands from the 50's - today we can cut magnets easier
and cheaper - so my theory is to start with tone in mind and spare no cost re-evaluate all the killer designs and see whats been left out or overlooked and fill in the blanks.. :munch

If there's a way that this could be made to fit into a standard Humbucker route (width-wise, most importantly), that would be awesome!

please post when they are ready for sale.. i am sure i can find some good use for it in one of my existing guitars.. or better still, use it as an excuse to buy another...

I just snagged an Eastman El Rey 1 off of eBay last night -- I'm sure the single Kent Armstrong humbucker will sound nice & jazzy -- but, man, I'd love to put a Charleybar or a Strat0tone in its single humbucker slot!

It is a great sounding pup, and I'm having a hard time deciding which of these Tele's to keep. You do very nice work, as others on TGP have said before.

I `ve got a tele bridge pup (SS)
and will be on that line for a strat set one day soon ,,,, understood .

I have Jaydawg's (Hilbourne) tele with the Charliebar prototype. I am getting ready to sell a few guitars, and I think this will be one of them (I keep waffling back and forth on this one, its a great guitar). I'm going to take some pictures tonight, so keep your eye on the Emporium.
