Would it be possible to make my dual showman into a dumble?

Get a board from ceriatone, stick it in my showman ? Would it be a simple thing or what?

Not simple but possible. Fenders are what some of the original Dumbles started out as.

I figure I could probably skip the fet input and related circuitry to simplify things a bit... but if I could somehow keep the reverb that'd be groovy.
