No Sound From Peavey Delta Blues

I've been away for a week. When I last played my Peavey Delta Blues, everything worked; both channels, effect loop, reverb, trem, etc.

I get home, go downstairs and turn it on. The light come on. And that's it! No noise, hiss, sound, nothing. And this is with or without the guitar cord plugged in. I look around the back and it doesn't look like the tubes are getting any power. No glow.

I figured it was a fuse. So I went to check the fuses but there's none on the outside. So I drop the chassis. I see three and they look fine (but I didn't put a meter on them (yet)).

Can anyone lend a hand and tell me what's going on or let me know what to try next.

Be careful as theres lethal voltages inside. Check the fuses with a meter-out of there holders. Bob

I know what your saying. When I had the chassis out (and I understand about lethal voltages), I touched one of things hanging down on the underside of the chassis (sorry I don't know the technical term) and something else (although I was REAL careful not to touch anything inside but maybe I did) and I got a "little" tingle up my arms. :nono

I think something is very wrong with this amp.
