Another Bias question

I have been playing with my new compu-bias and was wondering what is the most excepted bias procedure. Is it better to bias according to Milliamp % values or to stay within the wattage for tube dissipation parameters or both? Any help is greatly appreciated.

Power dissipation. When you know the plate voltage and do the calculation, mA value is what you aim for.
