Besides these, what are some other fairly current dirt boxes that REALLY interest people and cause unreal hype and expectations!

Are you sure it's unreal? Of the pedals you mention none has really triggered my interest and expection (apart from Tim) from what I've read etc. The Timmy, on the other hand, which I read about and also got recommended when I specifically described what I wanted - has lived up to all hype and expectation I ever had. It's EXACTLY what I wanted. Now I got a Honeybee too, different to Timmy, but another great option for the lo-gain od I'm looking for.

Regarding hype and backlash, a lot of people might as well say: Badmonkey.

It's not quite 2 years, I ordered May, 2006 and got it in January of this year. Worth the wait, it's amazing. Most amp-like pedal I have, while I find the Tim to be more transparent.

You can get BJF's at Custom Sounds in Finland. The wait varies. BJ has a lot of things going on.

Yeah! This is cool because it's newer! I need to find the next must have dirt box so I can buy 10 of them for $169.99 and then, I wait for the excitement to peak, and I sell 9 of them on ebay for 499.99!!!
