Ugh....My SF Deluxe Reverb keeps blowing a fuse. It just started today when I moved the amp after it sat for a few days in btw playing it. Each time I turn the amp on, nothing lights up, the fuse just blows....I'm guessing maybe it could be a plethora of things but....any ideas ?

Try a new rectifier tube.

Is it blowing the fuse before you turn the standby on? So in other words, when you first flip the on switch with the standby off, it will pop the fuse? I think it would be safe to pull the tubes and try it, the pilot should still light up. If it does try installing each tube till it pops the fuse. That might help to tell which tube, or which part of the amp is the problem. Im no tech, but I dont think this can hurt anything as long as you switch the amp off before installing each tube. Good luck.

as suggested above, try it with no tubes in the amp. If the fuse does not hold, then start looking for AC shorts... common places are around the pilot lamp, the power and standby switches, and near the primary side of the PT.
Let us know what you find.
My money is on the rectifier tube.

I think it may be a short of some kind. I replaced the recto tube, then put a new fuse in.
The fuse blows immediately right when I twist the fuse into place...even with the amp power switch off.....the power cord is of course plugged in when this happens. No sign of a pilot light at all.
So, it doesn't matter if the power switch is on or off, it just blows the fuse always.

Check your mains AC power switch to make sure it is making /breaking connection.
