Todd,

Was your effort to the piece the guitar work? I really dig that style of music. The overall production kind of sounded like a canned backing track with a spot for a guitar solo. The piano playing is incredible--especially the incredible runs coming out of the guitar solo.

A couple of times, the transitions didn't synch up properly and the piece was a bit 'rough' in spots. Kind of like putting together something that the pieces don't fit quite right.

The guitar tone was spot on for the music. Nice tone and playing if that was you.

Yes that was me and you are right on in your feeling that it was not really "synced up." This was an early mix to demo the solo for me. there have been several more mixes and polishing up in Pro Tools. The piano is by the song writer. His name is George Faber and he is one of the finest musicians I have ever known.

I really appreciate your comments about the tone.
