Mounting a speaker - how tight?

When installing a speaker into a cab, how tight do you make the screws? as tight as you can? Or do you need to leave them a bit looser than that?

Just snug them down bare-handed, if you tighten them too tight, you'll bend the frame.

Thumb and index finger tips only on the screwdriver handle, maybe a quarter turn at best past the point when the screw or nut seats to the frame. A bad mechanic is easy to spot; they always tighten the daylights out of things.
