I actually did that exact same thing once at my favorite postal clerks request. He was not selling enough stamps to please the postmaster so when I took an amp in to ship he plastered it with stamps.

Heh, I just chalked it up to "musicians are weird". Every last one is canceled and inside is some tasty blackface goodness here for some TLC.
