Need help indentifiying this 12ax7

This came out of my Fender Bronco. I looked at this a while ago and didn't take much time trying to identify it. I assumed it was just a generic brand. After I bought and installed some replacements, I took a closer look. I want to see if my suspisions are right. Can anyone help to identify it. Thanks in advance.

Sure looks like a Telefunken. Is there a diamond shape on the bottom inside the pins? If so, it's a Tele.

Hey Dave,
Yes there is a very faint diamond pattern. Sweet!!

Now that the new tubes arrived I'll will be calling you this weekend to set up time to look at this and install that 3 prong cord before I electrocute myself.

Yep if its got the diamond inbetween the pins its a tele smooth plate.Bob

Don't need a diamond (though it helps to confirm): the getter wire is unique enough to call it a T-Funk.
