Everyone want's the ultimate bedroom amp with full saturated crunch. I think the little vox is it. For those questioning the Microcube vs. Vox, I hope this helps. Just kind of wanking around on some classic rock tunes. Enjoy.

Great clip, man! I have one of these too. A little fizzy when I use it with a set of headphones, even with the noise reduction function. Otherwise it's got some nice sounds.
P.S. If anyone can tell me how to eliminate that fizz with the headphones, I will love you forever.

What amp model? I was using #2 with the gain and tone both about 10am.

this thing blows the cube away. really cool feature is u can have 2 guitarist playing threw the same amp. just use the input in the back for the mic. its got its own volume. one person can use the onboard effects on the amp and anouther can plug there stompboxes or effects unit into the mic input in the back and jam away.

Great little amps. I live on the Clean 2 setting pretty much on mine, although with the big Emi speaker I put in there Clean 1 has become more usable for me, too.

Love the Dumble logo. No one can tell it's really not a Dumble. :D

Finally...someone noticed my beautiful Dumble logo! I was going to tape a tube on it as well.

Nice video. But your DA-5 sounds like it has a puny little 6.5" stock speaker in it...

Wait, what not a real Dumble? Please explain :D? Doesn't the DA5 stand for Dumble Amplification 5 or something?

It's a secret from their lab. I'm trying to figure out how to throw a 2X12 in there...hummmm...not a lot of room.

I have a DA5 and I didn't like the little speaker or the higher gain modeled tones. What I did was install a shorting jack in the back removable panel. Now I can use the internal speaker or plug into an external cab. I run the DA5 thru an Avatar 112 cube loaded with a Scumback H75. I set the amp to clean2, add a little verb or delay and use a tube driven OD pedal (Blackstar HD Dual or Tonebone plexitube). I now have a very nice home rig that has clean, crunch and solo boost at very low to medium volume. And the overall tone is quite good. Nice, full tone with excellent bass and lower mids and no fizzys. It actually sounds better than running my 2204 at bedroom levels.
The extra cab and pedal adds to the overall cost but I already had them so my only additional cost was the shorting jack.
