One of my favorite song/guitar tracks Ive ever heard.

His gear is old Strat - Marshall rack thingy and an EV speaker.
At the time I couldn't play-and he did it as a favor & for fun
and I also played keys/solo on a tune of his called Ear to the Rail
which you can hear at his Chris Taylor sub-d MySpace (http://www.myspace.com/christaylorsubd) page.

LOVE IS (STREAM) (http://www.soundclick.com/util/getplayer.m3u?id=6726315&q=hi)

I fixed the below kink so its downloadable.

"Love Is A Simple Truth" sounds great I love the guitar playing and sounds (with the Sub-D guitar trademark pro pro pro production and backwards stuff !!! :) ) And "Ear To The Rail" is an all time favourite of mine (the coolest of cool) You guys have loads of talent thanks for posting such great music. :AOK

John,

That is music with a capitol MUSIC........
Great work on all levels and Chris plays so funky and cool.
Love his harmonic approach and cool tricks.
Really cool tune, killer vocals, keys and programming.
Sounds like James Jamerson found his way into
your left hand ; )))

Also your solo on "Ear To The Rail" is deep......
That's a lesson for me. What a cool harmonic approach, damn.
Sounds like no one else.......:bow
And the Sub-D writing......great stuff.
You guys are dangerous! :BluesBros

ToneZappa: i even turned his backwards more backwards when i mixed-and
ended up re-using all sorts of stuff-theres more to the story which ill
tell/play later...

Scott (how the heck are ya eh?!) & Ivers-drgonzoguitar -
glad you guys dug-im really happy with it & spent more time that usual mixing as its so hard to mix .

TNJ-yes midi + loops the loops make it groove(y) and the midi
beefs it up & customizes the arrangement..

Start 335-thanks-a while till my CD-but forging ahead

Chuck-thanks-ya where the frik is that bass line from-???
I was thinking Sanford & Son?-or Barney Miller?
-def. not Seinfeld :rotflmao
And thanks for ETR comment-playing quasi-free jazz is always the "Bitches Brew"

Johnny, finally got a chance to listen to Love.... I had listened to the instrumental yesterday. Wicked stuff. Fantastic mix, layers, horns, keys, vocals, and CT laid down some tasty badassedness!
