I'm trying to troubleshoot a problem with the reverb in a Gibson Falcon and would like to hear if this problem sounds familiar to anyone. The amp was stock when I got it, I replaced all electrolytic caps and installed a grounded ac cord, cleaned all pots and sprayed and retensioned tube sockets. The amp is now very low noise and has a really good sound except the reverb control does not function. I can switch the reverb on and off with the footswitch but the reverb signal is very weak and dialing the reverb control makes no difference in the level. I have also swapped tubes but there is no change. Thanks
The reverb on my 64 Falcon is beautiful though with a tiny bit of hum. You know that the reverb control is dependent on the volume control, right? It doesn't work like alot of other reverb combos by design.

Check your solder joints on the bypass cap that's connected to the reverb.

I’m fairly sure I found the problem. After a good visual inspection I started taking voltages and found no voltage on the plate of V3 coming from the reverb transformer. The connection going to the transformer is showing well over 200 volts but 0 volts coming from and to the plate of V3. Is this a failed reverb transformer? And if so is there a standard way to replace this transformer since it is riveted in place? Thanks for any help.
