I just bought a used one so I could relic it and use as a daily beater. I was trying to adjust the saddle height screws and it seems they extend so far out of the saddles they act like little knives cutting into my palm when muting....what the hell? are fender saddle height screws all this big or can I buy replacements that are not as long? dont remember having this problem in the past, however, I have not owned a strat in a long time. hopefully it is just characteristic of the mexican strats and can be changed. Also what is the bridge measurement? 2 1/16 or 2 3/16, ive seen both given. thanks...
