Just a few weeks ago I traded a fellow GP'er my LP for a His Larrivee LV09 and have gotten the Larrivee bug ever since......amazing, amazing, natural sounding acoustic. I recently placed a last minute bid on this new old stock D-05 and won :D

Just got it yesterday and WOW does she sound heavenly!

Yeah--that's a very sweet deal! Enjoy that box--I don't own one, but every Larivee I've played has been very tasty!

Nice purchase! Been playing Larrivee acoustics for years and really can't understand why they are still so undervalued.

Congrats. Love those "larrys". Wish I knew how to post some pics on here. Even just the headstock inlays (from the late 1990's): The Unicorn, The Mucha Lady, and The Mermaid. I stopped at 3, couldn't keep spending money like that.
