Anyone with experience putting lollar imperials in a PRS cu 24. I've read great things about these pickups. How do they sound in a cu 24? Here is my main question though: is it possible to set them up to work properly with the 5 way rotary switch? Are the split tones any good? Possible to get any strat like tones?
This is an interesting question, I hope someone can shed some light on this.

You can do it. I put WCR pickups in my previous Custom 24. You need 4 conductor wires though.
The PRS wiring can be tricky though as they only use 3 wires and one pickup must have a reversed magnet. I'm no expert, but I know it can be done with pretty much any 4 wire pickup.
I have 4 wire Lollar Imperials in another guitar and they are very nice.
Good luck!

I have Lollars in a CU22 and they are excellent. Just order them with 4 conductor wiring. Whatever you do, do not get them over potted---it kills the magic of the pickups. Lightly potted or not potted is the way to go.
