I am looking for some feedback on a modded TS-808 Reissue. I am torn between ordering Keeley's 808, the Analogman True Vintage and the Analogman Silver. Any thoughts from those who have been able to compare any of the above is appreciated.

I've tried the AM Silver and I own the Keeley Flexi 4x2. I prefer the Keeley because it has a bit more clarity. I thought the AM was a bit muddy for rhythm playing.

Can't help with the poll, but I'm very curious myself.

The AM is probably more true to the original...
The Keeley has the bass boost, more or less gain and, iirc, some buffering removed and more clarity.
They are more like cousins than brothers/sisters...

The Silver and Keeley are more true to being a "mod" - changing components to change the characteristic of the drive.
The TV is not worth they money, IMO.
I really enjoyed my silver when I had it, and the keeley is a much more refined TS. I prefer the Keeley

Well I like the Keeley Baked mod the best but if you want a more traditional sounding TS the analogman silver is nice.

I have tried all and like the Keeley mod the best. The corrected bass response is perfect to me and it is a lot clearer to me. The gain and tone knobs are more usable as well. The AM silver mod is a close second though...a tad muddy in my opinion. The TV mod did not do a thing for me...

the AM silver sounded the best of those three to my ears but I like the BYOC better without question.

Sorry. Can't help you with that comparison. I only own the Keeley modded 808, but since I had several original 808s I can honestly say that the mods are a vast imrovement over the original design in terms of sound, flexibility and lower noise level.

I've only tried the Keeley Mod Plus, and it was well worth the money. It made the pedal sound ALOT better and it was more usuable while still maintaining all the pros of the original TS.
