Pulling songs off a CD that arent numbered...

Guys,
I have a CD that our vocalist gave me of a live recording we did a few months back. I wanted to take a couple of tunes off the CD (board recording) and make a demo CD for our band's promo pack.
The thing is, the whole CD is 3 folders...each folder contains one set of music. No track numbers included. What do I need (hardware/software) to pull the songs I want off of this CD and blend them together (fade in/out) for a presentable demo CD?

Audacity might work for you - not sure if it has a "import from CD" function, but that's what you want. Along with rudimentary editing capabilities.

Anyway, it's free, download it and see if it does the job.
