Hey guys, im building a guitar up, with the focus on using one pickup at a time, so please no hatin' on my strange choise of pickups (its a do it all guitar) and i want to put a tone/volume pot (concentric) for each pickup, but i have no idea what values to go for.

the bridge pickup is a Dimarzio X2N (humbucker, running in series)

the middle is a Dimarzio virtual vintage Blues (single coil)

the neck is a Dimarzio neck cruiser (mini humbucker, running in series)

and help will be appreciated!

thanks guys(and gals)

If you're running them all on separate controls, go with 500k for the 'buckers and 250k for the single. If you want to combine them, try 500k first and if that doesn't work, try something else!

IIRC it's usually basses that use concentric pots, but that doesn't mean you can't use them on your guitar!

Cheers for that! but do you mean use the 500k/500k ones for the humbucker or the 500k/250k ones? im just wondering now what values the tone part of the pots should be at really.
