Boss CL-50 Pro - Opinions?

Getting offered this on trade, never heard of it though, help? I have a DBX 266 XL that I use for bass, is it better than the DBX?

I have had a couple of those Boss Pro mini FX, the Para EQ and the SE-50, from the early 90s. If it's any help, those two units are pretty great. But I have no doubt that the dbx is better.
