I've been looking all over for one of these, and basically they're not to be had out there. The Dan Guitars website didn't have it...Danelectro themselves don't even have one on file.
I gathered bits & pieces of info and finally got it right. Here is my wiring diagram of the late 50's, early 60's Dano U1/Silvertone 1317 that actually works the way the guitar is supposed to work.
