I finally got a Tele, American, stock. I have a set of Antiquities comming to replace the pu's but I really want a traditional bridge with comp. saddles. It needs to fit on my my guitar which has one of those half-ashtrays and individual saddles. Thanks for any recomendations.........Joe

If by half-ashtray, individual saddles, US made you mean an American Series, American Standard or American Deluxe, your choices are limited because the bridge screw locations and through hole locations are different for you than for a MIMexico or American Vintage guitar with a true, short "ashtray" and barrel type saddles.
This is one of two available for Am Se/Am Std Teles, the other being from Glendale Guitars.

Note how there are only 3 mount holes, and the through holes are above, not below 4 mount holes. Which is what I think you are describing.
Call Callaham, tell them which guitar you have, and they'll send you the right one. Or contact Dale at www.glendaleguitarscom.

For a cheaper solution that works just as well, check out the Wilkinson bridge with his compensated saddles. I got mine for $25 and it's a proper tele bridge.

But the AM Standard uses a longer plate - the pickup rout won't work with a vintage bridge.

I'm going with the Callaham bridge for the Standard. It still accepts the 3 barrels
