I can find the famous "124" schematic online, but always with 4 output tubes. Is the most accurate OTS schematic that schematic as if it were switched to the 50 W position?

Ah...I just looked at the OTS layout, and the answer is "apparently not'. Does anyone know of an accurate schematic for the current OTS?

What is a 'Ceria OTS'? Do you mean Ceriatone? Do you mean Dumble 124?

I asked Nik about availability of a schematic once and was told he didn't have one available (I didn't question further). With the detailed layout on the site it wouldn't be difficult to produce one, and I think it is pretty much similar to the Dumble 124 with minor changes that would be straightforward to alter. I don't have the software or skills to produce a professional looking schematic for the OTS, but I would appreciate having one as well.

OTS = Overtone Special, a Ceriatone clone of a Dumble Overdrive Special that is generally regarded as a very good value for the price and not too far from the other clones or the real thing in tone.

The Ceriatone version is a direct copy.I have built a few variations of my own and they do sound killer good.I am from the old school and don't like abbreviations like 'ceria OTS'.(that's why I didn't get it right away):o Nobody is going to arrest you for saying Dumble 124.
There are many other clones out there.I personally don't have any use for the FET input. It takes up space.I am not a fan of the complicated layout. It is difficult to build that way.The D'Lite version is simpler and sounds just as good with less of the 'stuff' that most guys never use.

Thanks... I've been poking around and seeing some minor differences between the layout drawing and the schematics.

For some reason, the "D word" seems to incite a lot of emotion, but that's not why I left it out. I just forgot.
