I think I must have a problem with my email because I emailed him about a week ago and have heard nothing. This I realise flies in the face of every other report I've ever heard. Everyone else seems to be getting through to my inbox though. Weird.

I had to contact him once about my Teese wahs. He was the coolest guy to talk with on the phone and went far beyond exceeding my expectations. :cool:

Just wanted to give an update to my post above. Thanks to this site and a helpful forum member Mr Teese got in touch (there was email problem, don't know which end) and sorted out my problem quickly and helpfully. His kind assistance was second to none! So a big thanks to the wonderful Geoffrey Teese and and another big thank you to whoever it was on this site who gave him the heads up. Awesome!

Ive always got a reply from him within about 2 hours or so. Take into consideration im 12 hours away from him too..

When im awake, he's supposed to be sleeping...

Geoffrey Teese is the Tom Anderson of pedals. His customer service and advice is second to no one. I've been emailing him about some inductor issues and, of course, Geoffrey's full of options.

Geoffrey is the kind a guy that know what i is to be a musician.
He solved problems I had in France and always was helpful when needed.

I can't imagine using other wahs than Goffrey's.

I love my picture wah !
