Woooooooooooooo!!! I tried one the other day. Fantastic unit. My only problem with it were the lights on the buttons not being bright enough. you kinda can't tell what's on and what's off unless you right on top of the board looking straight down. That....and my size 12 foot was kinda too big for it, I'd push more than one switch at once...that's my fault though hehe

I LOVE THE THING!!! I put about $1500 worth of pedals under my bed and this took the place of all of them. This included a Klon Centaur, tce chorus, T Rex replica and more of the same ilk. With My Red Iron Mil Spec and Alessandro BnT it is simply amazing it is not 100% tonally up there with these other pedals and the wah is the weakest but I use the wah very little. The control with the expression pedal is insane. You can have the drive and output of your gain pedal going up while the mids and highs are coming down and at the same time decrease or increase the mix level of say a delay and roll of the treble, all to your exact parameters and all at the same time with one expression pedal. I am sold on it. The flexibility, price and portability make this a no brainer. For the studio I would use something else but for everything else this is it! :banana:banana:RoCkIn

Ahhh but you have not fully committed!! I still see the little protective plastic over the displays. I just pulled mine off on Labor Day to display my full committment to the M-13. DO IT!! Rip those suckers off!!
Nice looking setup. I just want to add my Clyde wah but with just the expression pedal and the M-13 it fit perfectly in my xt live gigbag. :)

I know...I know...........
I have a new pedalboard coming for the m13. I sold my keeley DL4 and my Dd7 and my Trem.
As soon as I get the 13 nailed into a board my plan is to use 3 eb jrs for expression/expression/volume.....maybe run my naked OD and abunai 2 in the front.....
I can't stop playing this thing! It is silly fun.

hey mastervolume,
what kind of pedalboard are you attaching this on? Figuring this out myself at the moment...

the pic shows it on a pedaltrain PT-2 but that is gone now. I have a 28x14x6 pedalboard roadcase coming for it. I wanted something that was flat to the ground because of the M13's angled shape.

If I have some nice gain pedals I really want to keep on the board and I need room for the amp's footswitch and I already have an MM4 and a DL4 and a wah I like, explain to me why I need this???
Thanks.

well.
I use delay a lot. I used to have the DD7 and a Keeley modded DL4 on my board. I had the keeley mod because a stock DL-4 has a volume drop when you use it and makes your overall signal sound dull and lifeless. I used the DD7 because I couldn't get a good dotted 8th note from the DL-4
enter the M13 - it allows you to run up to 4 delays at once. all can be tap tempo'd at the same time, all can be set to different subdivisions. I can now use my tape delay in dotted 8ths if I want.
I can also use a trem or chorus or vibe set to tap temp at any subdivision I want. When I tap the tap tempo I am controlling all of my devices TOGETHER.
If this weren't enough reason to ditch the two you have on your board and replace them with this unit then.....
with the dl4 you have 3 presets M13 allows you 12 banks of 12 selections
I could set up one "scene" of 12 presets to be all different delays if I wanted....
This pedal is crazy. If you like the dl4 mm4 then you will LOVE this pedal.

yes
you could do a sweep delay in quarters
a digital delay with modulation in dotted 8ths
a tape delay in halfnotes
a tube echo set to 16ths.

jeez! the only reason i keep my timefactor around is for the 2 independant delays...lets me simulate stereo delay sounds...but 4!!!! DANG!!! the possiblites...
For the peeps usin pedals for dirt...are you guys hopin the dirt sounds out of the m13 to be good or are you guys gonna use the m13 in conjuction with your dirt pedals?

I am ordering one tomorrow. I wanted to hate it since it is a all digital multi effect. BUT, I can say I liked what I heard when I tried it. I am not giving up my drive pedals though. The Cusack stuff will surely go away though and maybe the OOH wah 2 with tap tempo.

I just filled out the papers for my free expression pedal. They seem pretty cheesy so a backup is probably a good Idea. I baby my gear though so with any luck it will last for a while. Lets see how long it takes!?
