Is the AquaVibe still your fav or did anyone prefer their mojovibe or roger mayer voodoo vibes over it?

I had a KR large box Megavibe and a PE Vibe Unit and I have no regrets getting rid of them since I got the Aquavibe. I think the KR is slightly darker, but I haven't tweaked the Aqua's internal bright trimmer to see if I could make it darker to sound like the KR. I was able to get the same sound as my PE vibe, so it really is to me the best vibe I have tried.
It is versatile and the expression sweep is much better than that of the KR. The PE didn't have an exp jack, so you had to adjust the speed with your foot. I have never tried the RM voodoo, so I can't compare to that. I would love to try one thought.
Anyone compare the Aqua with the Voodoo plus???

I've got one on it's way hopefully this week. It seems to be just what I'm looking for. Can't wait!

When did you get on the waiting list? I'm trying to plan ahead here.

Still using mine.I was a field Tester for the Aquavibe.Still have #4. Very versatile pedal and by no means boring. If you can not dial in a good Univibe sound with it then you probably wanted a chorus or phase pedal to begin with:moon.
I have something like 8 settings for it that I use regularly. Made my other vibes obsolete, including my Provibe. Using it with the Octron will make a blind man turn around and look..:)

I'm guessing you're referring to the AquaVibe waiting list? If so, can't help you there.
I was refering to steinwand's post on the Mojo Hand Luna. Brad said the turnaround for the Luna is about a week.

I love the Aquavibe - still.
If you're a real vibe fan, you might find that it works side by side with a unit with traditional univibe-clone circuitry, like the FoxRox Provibe.
I still use the vibe in the CC2 even though I have the Aqua. The CC2 is unbeatable for the vibe tone that unmistakably washes over your playing. I prefer the Aqua for a more tasteful accent. The difference is not night and day, particularly when both units are used in chorus mode. I actually think the Aquavibe really performs at its best in the vibrato mode that nobody uses. I never got into the vibrato mode of the CC2, but the Aquavibe captures this vibrato tone that has been kicking around in my head for years.

I don't see a vibe on the mojohand site - am I missing something?
I own the rm voodoo vibe + and hope to have an aqua here for comparison in the next month. I'll do some clips.

I'm going back to the Mega. Liked the Aqua, Mega's the one IMO.

The original Sweetsound Ultravibe still reigns supreme and still remains on my board.
I enjoyed the Aquavibe....I just enjoy my Ultravibe more.
From a tone perspective, it was splitting hairs. Both sound great and I'd be happy with either one. From a functional standpoint, I much prefer having the "Volume" control on the front of the unit instead of the inside. The "Center" control on the Aquavibe didn't really strike me as all that useful either. It struck me as more of a set-and-forget type variable as apposed to something you could manipulate on the fly.
At the end of the day, both are top notch vibe pedals, just different strokes.

I haven't played (yet) the Megavibe, nor the Aqua (though I have a provibe in my CC2 I use a lot), but just wondered one thing about the Aqua vs. Mega since you compared them here...
One thing besides the raves about the tone on the Megavibe is "that you can put it ANYWHERE in the chain and it still sounds great" which is decidedly not the case with many of the best vibes I have tried...they can sound thin with fuzzes feeding them (I prefer the other way) and it makes a difference what other pedals are in there with most, but by reports from several sources I hear the Mega is amazing in how well it does anywhere and with any other pedals.
How is the Aqua on that, have you tried them both in different places?
Also, to teestone just wondering...again, I have the CC2, and the "center" the way I have been using is definitely not a "set and forget" setting, I would really have problems if it were inside the unit... I find that with different guitars (definitely) it needs to be set differently, also amps make a diff...also either my ears or something, because I move that thing around a good deal. I usually turn width way down CCW, adjust playing it on and off, get the tone I think will work, turn up width.
When I get it adjusted I also find if I change the width much, I need to readjust the center to get the best sound.
I have the suspicion the AV is kinda the same?

Dude I always love your clips. They speak volumes. And I agree I still am waiting for a provibe pedal.
