Sounds great. What's the diff between that and a regular verythin?

Thanks Jack,
The regular one is handmade and real expensive.
This one is about $500 and made in China.

Nice riffing Chuck. This track was almost un-Chuck like. I closed my eyes and just listened and I might not have recognized it was you. The tone was a lot warmer and fatter than I'm used to hearing. I went back and listened to your other stuff, and I realized the it's your signature Tele smooth OD chirp that I'm fond of and can pick out of a crowd. I like this little tune, but to me the Tele/D'lite is your SIG tone. Those tones are the reason I own a D'Lite. :D
Killer playing as always Chuck!
Thanks for inspiring!

Yea Tex,
The tele is my sig tone but I do like having a 335 style guitar for different things and the Hofner is great. Fender scale neck so I don't have to make the adjustment..
But the tele has been with me for 28 years and isn't going anywhere.
I flattered that you can pick my tone out. That's cool......

Play's great. Of course like any other guitar you need a good setup.
It's a nice alternative to the other 335 style guitars and as advertised, is verythin! (And very affordable)

Beautiful Chuck! I've been eyeing those Verythins, saw one on ebay for under $400 BIN but didn't jump on it. I'm craving a 335-type, and I'd love to get one so I can sit around pretend I'm you, but then again right now I'm pretending I'm you with my tele and that's futile. Only Mr. D'Aloia has the touch to die for!

Chuck, I would be honored for you to post that tune- everyone needs to hear how you took the last fragment of my solo and started your solo with it and took to a different place. One of the best moments in the history of guitar playing! :dude

Great, I'll track it down. And thanks for the kind words. Actually you just gave me a place to start and made it easy :BluesBros I'll have to do an edit since BN made a medley out of 3 of the tunes unless I can track down the original.
Guitbeef on a Jazzbox...wait till you hear this guys!

Thanks Phillip,
It's like a 335 but really thin (verythin ; ) Fender scale neck.
The DVD will be a while but I will be sure to post about it. I can't start filming until Oct. But I'll be workin' hard once I get rolling.
Thanks for the interest.

OK, here it is. A little off the topic but it's still the Hofner into the D'Lite on my solo. Jimma takes the first one. Check out his tasty chord-melody thing and how it evolves into scary burn mode. I try my best but he's a tough act to follow.
