Anyone know where I can find some free tab on this?(pun intended)

Just the "Outside Riff" is all I'm looking for. Couldn't find anything on a google search or a youtube video. Maybe if you know it you could type it out. From what I can count it's only 12 notes.

Thanks in advance.

if i recall it's something like frets 5, 6, 7 on strings 5, 4, 3, then 4, 3, 2, then 3, 2, 1. Then go backwards. Or something like that.

That's a bit off(starting on 5th string, 5th position?)-not quite, though I'll agree that it has some kind of tri-tone pattern to it.

First note is on the 1st string 17th pos., maybe a B or C note.

I'm just doing this just for fun and if you're bored right now and want to work on a little JP riff, keep reading.

Here's a youtube link of the original video. Homework assignment: Listen to the 12 note riff then transpose it on this thread. Let's see what you come up with. I'll have some time tomorrow to post what I think I hear too.

Peace,
Class dismissed.

If I remember right the pattern that triple is hinting at is pretty much it, maybe not the positioning, but the R b5 R thing moved around...it's been a LONG time though since learning or playing that tune.

Post what you get.

I will. But yesterday I smashed my finger pretty good at work. If I start playing it still bleeds so I'm gonna give it a rest for a day or two.
