Saturday October 11th at Jannus Landing, Saint Petersburg, Fl...this is gonna be a real f*&%n' good time, Jannus holds around 1500, Coe generally packs it when he rolls through town and we're gonna have us a helluva party onstage as we usually do! Creative Loafing named us Best Blooze and Twang Band in their annual Best Of The Bay issue...been havin' a good year so far!

isn't that the re-vamped ROXX Gang? sort of an odd pairing with David Allen Coe.....but sure to be an interesting show!

I love Jannus Landing, it's a cool venue for a show, and I have seen a LOT of them there, back in my Tampa Bay days....

Not really, go to the myspace and listen to what we're doing...Kevin Steele is really the only original Roxx Gang guy, Vinnie joined on bass at the very tail end of RG, I came in 2 years ago, and mark Busto joined on drums last year...it was really quite a good match, the crowd ate us up. A good day.

Two questions since I've heard things about opening for this guy....

1) Did he even say hello to you guys?

2) Was he a big jerk?

Mark Busto is THE MAN when it comes to drums in Tampa Bay. He was one of my favorite drummers in the area. Solid as a ROCK!!!

Glad the gig went well!

I never saw him, can't say if he was a jerk or not, but he has final approval of openers, which means he heard our CD and picked us for the gig...it went VERY well, the crowd was incredibly responsive, I signed a buttload of stuff after we were done.

Yes he is, we've been friends for a looong time, I was extremely happy when he came aboard.
