Ah...Me neither. Unfortunately, I can't make an mp3 'til I get home.

Sounds like yet another nice, warm, smooth, medium gain pedal. I am starting to get lost in all the choices for this sort of effect. How do you feel it stacks up against similar, say GSR, Zen, Ethos, Firefly, etc?

I don't really get into A/B sports-type ratings. In this price and functionality range, I think it's more a matter of finding the pedal that speaks to you, so to speak. So much is dependent on your personal playing style, touch, feel, etc.

I understand about the sport thing, and I know you try to stay a bit neutral on all this stuff, but man, is it just me, or are there just a bunch of these pedals that get a similar tone?

Btw, enjoyed the playing as usual.

the real test would be to play it thru an average amp not a Kingsley that already has a great tone. However the purpose was different here I guess.

You should show each pedal in its best light. For example, you wouldn't demonstrate a jimi hendrix style wah pedal with a crate amp.

Why not Jack? I'm sure there's more guitar players out there playing Crates than Kingsley's.

I'm really enjoying your latest youtube vids. Especially liked this one - changing the settings within the song, with the video focused on the pedal is a perfect way to demonstrate the possible sounds available.

Not that I didn't like the ones where you discussed the pedal, but I think you have hit on the best way to demonstrate pedals with this new style (I just want to hear what the pedal does, you know?)

:AOK

Crates have made a long way since the 80s :)
